Hi!
I would like to know how to check to see if the TFI is working? I am thinking that the TFI system on my '87 LX is causing my no start condition. I know the TFI is located on the intake manifold, but I don't know where. Is there a way to test the injectors?

I made a mistake! Actually, the TFI isn't located on the intake. Its is located on the side of the distributor. So if anyone else has a no-start condition, you might want to replace the TFI module.

What I see in evintho's statement is that you should try and run codes before throwing parts and money at a problem, especially at the cost of a TFI.

In the end he fixed it.....all is well.
