Don't sweat it. The a-hole club here is apparently the place to be. At the very least, it's the place where questions get answered correctly.


Folks seem to forget that the replies on these posts stay around forever. If a piece of misinformation or something flat out wrong goes uncorrected, over time it gets misinterpreted as fact by some kid who actually using the search function. I've seen plenty of bastardized information dished out here that if followed as fact would end up costing someone more money than necessary or even screwing something up royally.

Post when you know. Read when you don't. No one comes here looking for guesses.
