i took it off the rubber thing in the middle not sure if i had to take off both but i would go and sometimes in third or second it wouldnt go as fast like sounds like about to stall out if someone could send a picture please. also can it be a problem if i still have the stock air filter still please send a picture

The highlighted part has the silencers in it. Remove them and replace the piece.

you should replace it with pvc or exhaust tubing from airbox to TB.

and yes a new air filter will help.

u can make a cai out of pvc or buy a autozone 90-95 civic d15 cai..other then that idk i mad a ram air from my cowl hood with cut outs to my intake..its all up to you
