Unhappy well i got my idle down but help!!

1250 rpm. turns out timing was at 19 degrees changed to 12 degrees"1000 rpm", and the vacuum hosing was all jacked around "never messed with it assuming it was stock" i have a cai took out the vacuum hoses that went into the air box "900 rpm" then i pulled the egr line from the main T capped it pulled the line into the egr capped it and whatever else was connected "750 idle" reset the computer. drove it around for a bit."i still need to figure out something for the trottle bracket because there isnt enough tension in the spring to bring it all the way back to CT" i hooked up a gauge for atf ratio and it says it is running extremely rich. could the fuel pressure regulator be faulty? not returning enough fuel "i dont know if that would allow the fuel injectors to spray more" what about the fuel pressure pulse dampener? i wish i knew does anyone have any tips or knowledge to pass down

an adjustable fuel pressure regulator might help. not 100% though. Those are always fun to mess with.
