Default 1993 Starter Identification

I've recently installed a used motor into a parts car of mine I'm trying to get going. I'm trying to determine if I hooked up the starter wires correctly on the relay on the drivers fender well. I have two wires coming off of the starter and going up to the relay. After reviewing all of the articles found here, I put the heavy gauge wire on the left which is the same terminal as the positive battery cable and the 14 gauge wire on the right which is by itself.
Currently, I still cannot get this engine to crank over. The engine was running fine when pulled from another 93 mustang. So my problem comes down to a bad relay, starter, or ignition switch or wrong hook up of wires. After looking over all the articles here, they say I should have a mini torque starter being that it is a 93. The starter on this engine appears to be bulky and big. I know its bigger than the one that was on my 94 F150 with a 302. So how do I tell if its a mini or not? I'm assuming its a mini being that it has two wires coming off of it. Any thoughts on this?

A stock 92-95 Mustang starter will look very similar to this. A 91-prior starter will be a bit bigger in diameter, won't have the solenoid on it, & will only have one large wire running to it.

For further diagnosis, I'm sure some of the wiring diagrams done by tmoss can be of help. Mustang FAQ - Engine Information
