Hey guys i got a 86 2.3 carb
stang with a bunch of go fast parts on it like: 450 lift cam, holley carb, punched out .30 over, and a killer equal length exhaust system.... recently it started acting up by hesitating at medium rpms. it has a good low idle but when you give it medium throtle it falls on its face and eventually rpms come up.... it makes it very hard to drive... i though it was the fuel pump so i replaced that... didnt help it so i had the carb rebuilt.... didnt help so what im thinkin now is it might be the intake gasket...?
ANY IDEAS? I mash it and it has full power its just the 1500-2000 range it hesitates like it needs fuel? also all the plugs are perfect changed them anyway...
Carb fuel problem... fals on its face????
