Default help with '93 2.3 n/a engine codes

I have pulled the codes on my mustang, and need help finding out how to fix the problem.

It is the 2.3l with auto transmission and A/C.

First off, the check engine light has been coming on for the last few days. Staying on for about 5 minutes. And every now and then the car will idle real slow with it in gear but stopped. I had the A/C off when that happened.

The Hard Fault code is 111 I know that means "System checks OK" So I know that's not a problem.

But the memory codes are:
172 "Heated oxygen sensor indicates lean condition, right side"
and
186 "Injector Pulse-width higher than expected"

Does anybody know what to do to fix the problem?

if the o2 sensor is reading lean, it's telling the computer it needs more fuel, so it opens the injectors to compensate, could be a clogged fuel filter.
