i am building a custom twin setup for my lil 6 anyway i need some smaller acuators for the internal wastegate can anyone tell the psi they are set at ???i m looking for something like 6 or 8psi or lower let me know thanks

On 1985-89 Merkur XR4Ti's and 87-88 Turbo Coupe's the wastegate acuator spring is 9 lbs. When you run a hose straight from the compressor to the wastegate acuator and no bleed off hose you should get around 9 lbs. If you leave the stock hose connector with the bleed off tube still attached. When you go from the stock connector straight to the wastegate acuator and bypass the boost solinoid you will get 15 lbs all day long due to the resticted orifice in it.

um i need to lower the psi and a boost controller only raises it you cannot go to a lower psi i need something closer to six not 9 sorry and what r the svo set at ???
