Conversion from auto to 5 speed is finished. Car shifts very well and clutch works great! Very happy with the results. My son is going to put the console in tomorrow to wrap it up. We plan to start body work and paint very soon.

Got engine/trans in a few days ago. Finished wiring it up yesterday, fired it up and got an open circuit code for the VAM. Quickly found the issue and corrected it. Then I got an EGR code which turned out to be a vacuum leak on the hose where the old 2.3 air filter box used to be. We bought a fan relay from Summit and powered the TC dual fans with it switched to an ignition-on source. We also wired in a toggle switch under the dash so fans can be turned off in the winter. Car runs very very cool with the fans running!

Are you going to put in a hood scoop to feed that top mount intercooler? And what is the reason for keeping the top mount intercooler?

We put the top mount intercooler on just to get it running. When funds become available we plan to go with a front mount.
