Default 1986 Mustang svo premium fuel switch options?

i put a 2.3t in my ranger and i dont have the premium fuel relays or switch.
My question is, Do i need these parts or can i just jumper the wires around to fool the eec? i think it can be done from all the schematic work i have done with this project. lol..
Anyone have any ideas on the best route..
thanks

Well now that I know that an SVO was butchered for a Ranger install, I have to cease and dissist.
I belong to a club that doesn't condone stripping an SVO of parts, so I cannot lend you any more assistance.
Wish I would have caught this from the start.........

Number one man, i have blue in my blood.. Number 2 is that an svo was not butchered in anyway. this motor was abandoned by one of your loyal svo owners. And this ranger project will be cleaner and built more professionally than most svo's found. So i do not appriciate your ignorance. and your help was most apriciated.
thank you and have a wonderful day

not a big fan of the ranger, however they make badass off road trucks nearly stock because of there independant front suspension. im not a turbo owner so i am not bias to the swap you did, however i would like to see it way more in a mustang than in a ranger. just my 2 cents i cant help you with your question tho...

Yes, it was. Not by you, but it was.

This person was not a loyal anything of MINE. I stated that I belong to a club that supports the preservation of the SVO. Plain and simple.

Your funny .. well the plain ignorance of not helping me , that is what i find amusing.
And on the side of butchering, i agree with you, I would never strip an svo, they are very rare and awsome cars.
Ive had this ranger for ten years and it is in mint shape. the 5.0 did not last, so i ventured out to find a uniqe twist. Still ford, still bad ass, and great fuel economy.. I am a driver
This motor i believe came out of a trashed svo , so there for, one did not get butchered.
Oxymoron would be correct, but i was making two statments-
- "ignorance" for not helping me!
- The help you did offer me was "appriciated"..

If you used the LA3 you can jump pin 24-46 at the ECM. This will set the ECM to premium fuel.
