I think this is the weirdest problem i have ever had....the engine seems to be idling really fast, like the belts are rotating 3 times faster than normal as soon as you crank it....i thought maybe the throttle was stuck open but it wasnt, no gas is being given to it whatsoever(except to keep it running obviously), and its still running really fast....i've been doing some recent work around the MAF with a "cold air" system....i was wondering if this might be the problem..is there anyway to reset the MAF or something...Anyways any help would be greatly appreciated. well if the MAF is broken that would seem normal to happen. Those things are pretty fragile. Any trouble codes??? Might just need to replace your MAF. Good luck
