Default EGR Vacuum Reservoir?? Where the hell...

Ok, so i'm pulling DTC 32 and I've changed out the EGR valve and checked the EVP and I still get that code. There is a tech service bulletin stating that a bad egr vac reservoir could be the cause but I cant find one anywhere!!! I even have the part number:
D6TZ-9E453

Is the dealer the only solution... other than taking my chances with a used junker??

THANKS!!!!
Ed

btw need to pass for regristrations sake(emissions)

Not that vacuum reservoir. The EGR vacuum reservoir. It's inline with the green vaccum line that controls the EGR valve. It looks like a giant pill. I can't find it anywhere(to buy). I guess it really doesnt matter anymore because I checked it last night and it's good, no leaks. Does anyone know what exactly this is used for and how long it's supposed to hold vacuum.
