Default 2.3L Cylinder Head Torque Specs

Need to get my racecar ready quick. I have a 74 Mustang II w/ the 2.3L. We're needing to replace the head gasket. Can someone tell me the cylinder head torque specs and sequence?

80 lbs in 3 steps from the center out in a circle spiral. Thats if they are 12 point old style bolts. If they are the new 6 point ones they are TTY and can only be used once. If you use the TTY bolts its 51 lbs + 90* Remember ford has up dated bolts for that engine.

Thanks for the help! We got the gasket taken care of and I made a few more races before spinning a bearing. My 2010 season is rapidly approaching and we're rebuilding my engine.

How much do we torque the rods?
