I just took off the crankshaft sensor for my 1991 2.3l dual sparkplug engine
the sensor looks really dirty

Could i use Electrical Contact Cleaner to clean it ?

How do you remove fuel injectors from the fuel rails - (without damaging them)

Its not necessary to clean the sensor. But we clean them with brake clean or electro motive cleaner. DONT soak it in anything and use break clean sparingly it can break down the plastic and the coil. Remove the fuel rail bolts then pull up on the rail the injectors will pull loose either from the rail or out of the manifold. When installing them always use new O rings. And coat the rings with silicon dialectric. NEVER install any O ring dry dialectric compound works the best. NEVER reuse an old O ring. I am sereyous.

How many "o" rings per injector - i have not taken mine off yet

There is 8 O rings. 4 on the top and 4 on the bottom. Get them from the ford store they are the best. You only will need the top ones. They are the ones that leak.
