searched forums, junkyards and the web but no luck finding a bellhousing to replace the one i got with that has a hydrolic clutch. i wasnt aware that the 88 turbo coupe came with a hydrolic clutch so you can see where my issue is... i need a NON-hydrolic clutch bellhousing for the borg warner t-5 for a 2.3. if anyone is selling one or knows where i can buy one it would be extreamly greatful.

also im trying for a less expensive route... im aware of adapter plates for 5.0 bellhousings but that would cause me to buy a ~$200 adapter + a bellhousing...so i just want a cable setup 2.3 bellhousing for the t5

i honestly would try the pick and pull here in austin. its off 35 somewhere in south austin. google it

google what? "pick and pull"? cause nothing shows up... if you mean junk yard i checked'em. they are all off s. congress and but you can see them driving down 35.

for a non svo... the motor is an 88 thunderbird 2.3t...so it has hydraulic clutch and i dont want a hydraulic clutch setup id like to keep the regular cable setup i have

I recommend going over to turboford and seeing if someone wants to trade or whatever for what you want.

!!! just picked one up guys!!! its off of an 84 turbo coupe. thanks for the help and i also have to say thanks to Burnet Auto Salvage, for hooking me up. It wasnt too far from austin.

BTW they ship out parts so find them online and see if they have something you need!
