2.3 header question

what headers will fit on my 1990 2.3 LX mustang hatchback. please give year make and model if possible

A header that will fit your 2.3 is a tubular exhaust manifold froma 96 ranger 2.3, its just like a header and will bolt on, you can find them on ebay or in a junkyard. Search ebay for "ford 2.3 header" and you will get some results.

I just installed one I grabbed in a junk yard for $20 on my 93. I have open straight pipe and the header off a 95 Ranger that's tubular. It gave it more pep at higher RPMs. (And it looks cooler and much lighter

) Next is a mild cam I can just install and either 3:73 or 4:10 rear gears.

yeah if you can pull one from a junk yard and paint it with some high temp spray it will look good and perform well for pretty cheap, ebay will charge allot for them tho.
