Man....I know i'm going to hear it now. My tranny is giving me problems. When I start it in the morning and put it in reverse it slams into gear, but only the first time in the am. When I drive off, second doesn't catch right away. I rev it till it catches, then go. When I was under the car doing the exhaust, It looked like the tranny was slightly leaking. I didn't touch it to find out. But the fluids good, I believe. Anyone got any advice?

Check your fluid level first. Sounds like its low.

mine does the exact same thing. im about to check the fluid in it and check it then. (i just droped mine, replaced seals, and put it back up myself) but mine seems to take forever to go into 3rd and wont hit 4th...

Same happens to mine, when i blew a front seal i took it in to get it fixed and rebuilt and it still shifts crappy, not a good trans, thro a t-5 in there, hahaha

It's the only reliable for sure thing you can do... Too bad it's _______(female dog) to swap everything into a car that was an auto.
