Default 1992 mustang 4 to 5 lug conversion questions

i have a 1992 mustang lx 4cyl. but i recently put a 351 ford into it but i have new mustang rims that are a 5 lug and i was wondering what would be the cheapist way to convert it from a 4 lug to a 5 lug

The SVO is 5 lug. I use the lincoln axles and rotors in the rear ansd the cobra front rotors and calipers in the front. You can do the whole job with SVO parts.

I'm not sure why the mods moved his thread here. There's a sticky on the general tech page that answers this, and every other question he might have regarding 5 lug conversions.
