Well i just got my mustang a week ago, it smoke when its warmed up and the clutch was slipping really bad. So first things first we pulled the motor and found the carpet padding all wound up in the clutch. Now with the engine out we are changing all old gaskets and checking everything over. Everyone around here i have asked says its just the seals in the turbo leaking burning oil and blowing it up in the intake. Well what do you guys think?

i have a 1990 and i just had a brand new turbo put in and it does smoke a little when hot it is just the turbo gasket it no big deal
