Unhappy transmission dilemma

when i 'finished' the first part of my 2.3 build, which was basically just the head work i thought i was done... well i think we all can agree there is no 'finish' to these rides.. but as i was saying when i buttoned everything back up and took it down the road i had an issue... my factory clutch was slipping.. the guy who had the car before me abused her (horribly). at the time i worked at a parts store so i found the simple solution, replace and upgrade. so i bought the center force dual friction clutch.. for the factory four speed of course... well now that im about to where im going to put her down the road i notice something else... 4 speeds suck, well this one is worn out. needless to say im not happy. i would like to get a 5 speed but i haven't even driven with the centerforce, and i cant return it because i installed it. i dont want to waste 300+ bucks... any suggestions, ideas...

Moove up to a 5 speeder and new clutch assembly. You can sell the old one on E BAY. 4 speeders are history. Basically so are 5 speeders. The hot setup is the 6 speed. I dont even use 5 speeders any more. With a 411 final drive a 6 speeder is mandatory. You can get away with a 5 speeder but its marginal at best.
