Default 1986 svo stock radio change and interior lights problems

so i have a 86 svo and i have the stock deck which actualy works but what makes me really mad is i try an take it out an in my 5.0 its just 4 screws an its out .. the svo takes a way too fu**n many and in the end i still cant even take out the stock deck.. it keeps gettin stuck and wont come out through the botom of where it sits.. also in the process the interior lights that are supposed to turn on when the door opens wont turn on ne more.. which they did and also the buzzer that goes off when this happens doesnt go off ne more.. also doesnt come on when the head lights an the door is open..

im so pissed off rite now.. im ready to sell the svo just because of this.. what could it be?? how do i fix it befor i break everything trying to get it out???????????????????????????????????

For the radio:
85-86 SVO full face style radio.
1) Disconnect battery
2) Remove console.
3) Remove two screws in dash above radio opening.
4) Remove bolt/nut under radio.
5) You may have to fight or remove the lower HVAC floor duct behind the radio for removal.
6) Disconnect wiring.
7) Slide radio out of back of dash

For the lighting:
Buzzer only sounds if you open the door with the key in the ignition tumbler
As for the interior lighing, the door switch actuates that. Remove it and jumper it out to see if that works.
Your headlight switch may also be pooped.
