1993 Mustang 2.3 liter dual ignition system

I have a 93 mustang that I can't find the fuel pump relay on. Since i bumped the back end i have noticed that when i turn the key on the pump runs continuously. It never had before. Also the cooling fan stays running as well. Is this due to a short or fuse, or is it because of the bump. I was only rolling back; not very fast at all. Where do i find the relay, and what else may i check to fix this problem. I'm a do it yourself, self taught mechanic. Any information anyone can send my way would be greatly appreciated. I live in the country and this is my ONLY form of transportation at the moment.

The fuel pump relay is in the IRCM on the passenger side strut tower. It's a black box with a bunch of wires going to it. You can tap on it while the car is running to see if it makes a difference. I don't think it's the problem though.
Does it still run? Getting hit in the back probably jolted the pump and made it noisy. If it happens to be the IRCM, it's an expensive piece. I have an extra one for sale. Just PM me.
As for your fan.....I dunno, but I do know the fan relay is in the IRCM. Lol.
