I dont sleep much and i have these cars for years. Believe it or not the engine in buster is one of 3 i did and it really doesent cost me much. The body work and interior is done by Tom JR. Labor is totally free. All it costs me is for parts. I bought buster brand new. To make it worse i just baught another camaro project car. 1999 LS2 6 speed. I also made a killing in the market years ago. Hi 93 like usual i dont know how to do that yet HA HA. l know this is a ford forum and i apoligize. So i will start posting my TC. Its getting a new motor and JR is painting it again. Will keep you posted on the FORD stuff. I have an old Saying that a friend used to say all the time to me.

SPEND MONEY THAT I DONT HAVE
TO BUY PARTS THAT I DON'T NEED
TO IMPRESS PEOPLE I DONT KNOW

PEACE DUDES : headscratch:

Nice Shovel.

Does it still have a Muncie in the tunnel, or did you modernize the drivetrain? Please tell me a man of your talent isn't still rockin the Z-bar.

A couple of weeks ago I was back in Orlando and helped an old friend with his '72 big block Chevelle. It's been back-halved and the whole Pro Street treatment. It's a beautiful car that looks professionally built, but was done in a small garage. The motor started life as a 396 (Actually I think it might have been a 402). It's now a Canfield headed, Dominator fed, Nitrous assisted, nasty little thing.

OH and did I mention after owning the car since high school, he decided recently to run the numbers on the car. Turns out it's a Heavy Chevy. His quote to me after he did the homework was "...and I cut the B****H up."

I doubt he'll ever go back to a stock frame and suspension, but I don't think it's nothing that a call to Alston and a trip through the Goodmark catalog couldn't fix. I told him "Hey, it's not like you cut up a '70 LS6"

HI CHANDLER A MUNCIE????? GOD NO. There is no way. Actually it was a 6 cylinder powerglide car. I am crazy but not that crazy. Funny what you pointed out is so true. A lot of great cars were messed up that way. If they only knew what they would be worth in the future. Buster has my hart because it was the first new car i had. She was bought at mayer CHEVROLET in 1970 and has been around ever since. With an inline 6 and 2 speed auto she was a dog to say the least. All the local guys made fun of him and i had to sneak up to the pumps to get gas. Heavens if i had to check the oil. That was a trip. Back in the day a stock impala had a 250HP 327. My dads impala was faster. Well he has some class now and will snap your neck off. He is a proud DUDE NOW. Thanks chandler for pointing that out its so true!!!!!
