This motor for some reason is using WATTER. I think its cracked somewhere. I wil know better when i rip it down. Hang in there i will keep you posted TOM. I sometimes do smile. I will post a photo of me doing that . Lets see here is one with a custom camaro subframe . They always make me smile.

Its a 2.3 turbo motor(still on the stand) Its .040 over with a pritty far out cylinder head. I have a custom roller cam and a holeset turbo. I am opting for a megasquart and some trick injectors. Its comming along great and i have all winter to mess with it. I will keep you guys posted on the project. TOM

Dude not shure tom JR does all the tuning he is a computer wiz. I am still researching them . Hay done plenty of supras and they make like 800-1000 ponies. I never reached the magic 1000HP number but i got peitty close. They are inline and the inline motors make tuns of bottom end. Most people underestimate inline sixes. They kick butt. I have built several. TOM

I agree about the six's. Here is one I love. Just wish this motor was available in US. Maurice

WHOA!!! I can not believe that the header got that hot! Wouldn't that really hinder the performance of the engine if the exhauset manifold gets that hot? That is crazy... All you hear is the high-pitched spooling of the turbo! I think I'll just stick with my 2.3... It'll probably be a few dollars cheaper!

Very hot! You definately wouldn't want to run a hood with the an exhaust that is that hot (paint destroyer!) and that would be an eye-opener at night; that exhuast is definately bright enough to light up an entire street, lol.

Nice sounding Camaro. I found a website where you could buy the Austraian Ford 4.0. It wasn't unreasonable by my standard. Didn't save it and can't find it no more. I just wonder what bellhousing/transmission a person would use? Many getting way off topic. We may get moved to talk instead of tech. Maurice
