Exclamation 1993 mustang lx convertible rear seat removal and replacement

Hello everyone.
Well i removed the bottom of my backseat only to find that the fluid from the convertible top motor had leaked alllll inside. Needless to say the bottom part of the seat needs to be replaced. Just wondering if anyone knows of a place i could get the 2 front seats ( complete with the bars and springs) and a complete rear seat in vynall. ALso wondering if anyone could tell me how to remove the top part of the backseat?

Lift up on the back seat... It's basically just sitting on hooks.

I don't know if the same applies to the convertible, but my '87 notch has two 7/16" bolts holding the lower corners to the chassis. Removing these bolts will be FAR easier than replacing them so be patient when reinstalling the seat... you'll have to re-set the clips numerous times, most likely...
there were four 'clips' that slide into four slots in the upper portion of the seat back area of the chassis. They are relatively evenly spaced across the top of the seat back.

Cheers!
