Yea that's a good deal most times you cant find the ECU for under $60 and the VAM for under $50 so that plus injectors is good I got lucky only spent $35 on my ECU and $15 on the VAM

Thats a good price. Only problem is the ECM GOOD and is the VAM good. You need some insurance in this area. Both parts may be CAPUT. Ask seller for a guarantee. Hope this helps.

Okay, so I tried to bid on the darn thing but I kept gettign outbid until it was up to $145... I AM NOT RICH!!! lol

So I did some more searching and found an LA2:1987-88 Ford Turbo Coupe LA2 Processor on eBay.ca (item 130333385381 end time 05-Oct-09 19:55:13 EDT)

What is the difference between the LA2 and LA3? And would an LA2 support 300HP like the LA3 on my '88 thunderbird engine?

go with an la3 More aggressive and he is wanting to much for it $80 is rediciolus $70 for shipping!!!!!!

Well, it is $22 if I go USPS, but yeah, that's what I was worried about; the LA2 is not as good... Oh well, I still have a few months before the engine will be ready for installation... Lots of time to scan ebay!

Look around turboford.net and Foxtbirdcougarforums.com they have them usually for cheap i bought mine off of the mustangforums.com.
