Default Oil problem? 1986 thunderbird tc

I recently changed my oil and filter. lately ive been noticing the engine is idling erratically while idling and the check oil light is on. sometimes when i start the car ill get a plume of smoke coming from the exhaust. the smoke is bluish.
any help please?

COULD BE A TURBO SEAL PROBLEM. rEMOVE THE INTERCOOLER AND CHECK FOR OIL IN THE COOLER AND LINES. iF IT HAS OIL IN THERE THE TURBO IS TOAST.

i dont have an intercooler, thats the 87-88 . there is a light film of oil in the hoses, but isnt that normal?

could bad valve stem seals cause an erratic idle and some loss of power?
