Cool stuff man! It even has lights on the visor, I'm sure the ladies love that feature! lol
I have 2 manual sunroofs (or moonroofs

)... one out of an 89 mustang and another out of a pontiac. I don't think I am going to use the mustang one as it would require me to weld in a new roof piece and the headliner that I got out of the hatchback is way too short and the sun/moonroof is way heavier. So the pontiac sun/moonroof is quite a bit smaller and just requires me to cut a hole in the roof and the headliner which will make the job a lot easier. I have to get a new black headliner anyways because I want a black interior. So I was thinking I would make a headliner with some cardboard and some foam and some cloth material and then just glue it all together. And then I would just have to cut all the holes out. I am thinking that this would be a lot easier and cheaper than buying a new one and moving all the light holes around.
I am wondering if anyone has ever made a headliner from scratch before?
Thanks, Steve
