Default 1993 budget N/A build, in a ranger??

i wan to build a budget n/a 2.3 for my 93 ranger, the motor im starting with is bored .040 over, has a balanced crank shaft, a ford motorsports .420/.420 cam, and replaced the stamped steel lifters with soild ones....it is a roller cam motor and i have the stainless steel ranger header also

i want to port and polish the head and intake to get rid of casting defects and make the tranistions a lil smoother and flow better...

im going to put 8mm wires and after market coil packs on it....

and then a decent clutch...nothing extreme seeing that this will be in a daily driver and drove in ohio winters......

my exhaust is stock piping with no cats and a cherry bomb....sounds great...

my question is...is there any injectors like off of a 5.0 or something that i could replace the stock 2.3 injectors with?? just for a lil better fuel flow?

and is there anything else cheap and easy i can do while i have it apart b4 it goes into the truck....i was thinking maybe a radiator from a 4.0 ranger since its larger

any info would be great help

thanks and i understand this isnt a mustang but hey u guys have great info here

Oh boy, someone else on here with a Ranger project. Couple of sites to check out are www.rangerpowersports.com
and www.therangerstation.com
ranger power sports is probably the better one.

you can put 5L injectors in if you want, but you will probably have to put a fuel regulator in. i put 5L injectors in my 2.3 and it kept loading up on fuel badly.

Do some research on the Volvo head conversion for the 2.3 before you spend all that money.

I was also wondering about upgrading my fuel injectors. I know its going to be a pain to get to them but I have done some work to my intake and plan to get new plugs, wires, and coil packs. So..me being a noob. This will sound like a dumb question but here it is.. how would I go about putting a fuel regulator in?
