Help Help!!!!replaced the ignition module. now car wont start

I got a question for you guys:

I have a 91 mustang LX 2.3, I just replaced the ignition module (the one that's attached to the manifold) and now my car won't start period! Is there some kind of reset proceedure or something??? HELP!

I would check the moduals case ground first. You may will want to apply some electrical grease F8AZ-19G208-AA to the back of the modual. You can get the grease at a Ford dealership. You will also want to clean the dirt from the intake manifold where the modual sits but dont clean off that white grease.
Thats where i would start.

Thanks for the info. Canadian Tire is dealing with it right now. These ignition modules are pretty tricky...I thought I fried the module, but now it's working agian...

HI, I dont know if you fixed your problem, but I ran into the same situation. I recently replaced my module with an HOLLY ANHILATOR. I applied the Dielectric grease to the back of it, then attached the module,and tightend the screws, and turned the key...the engine just keep turning over. I removed the module, then reattached it again more seclurly and it worked!

so gtask8 what is this HOLLY INHALATOR that you are talking about, is it some kind of a modified dis module? and if it is where can l get one?
