the 121 code is for your tps. throttle position sensor is out of range. 114 is idle air temp sensor out of range. 223 is dual plug or idm circuit fault. I know you said that you replaced the tps, but double check that its set correctly. also check the coil packs. check each individual terminal. but honestly this many sensors out of range after being replaced is weird. I hate to say it but my money is on electrical gremlins. someone who is better with electrical issues should chime in and offer you more and detailed info, but it would be a good idea to start checking all the grounds in the car. fords love to corrode ground wires and its led to many an owners headache. sorry I cant offer anything more, but i'm not good with electrical and i'm also very tired.

Good luck bro. My engine was doing the same thing. After putting the new TPS in, my transmission stopped grabbing.

Did you replaced the IAC? Also you don't happen to have the BAP hooked up to the vacuum tree do you? BAP is the black sensor mounted to the firewall on the driver side.

114 is air temp sensor out of range
211 is pip signal is erratic or missing
223 coil packs again
224 failure in ignition coil primary circuit

the 211 has to be wrong, a pip is in a distributer and you have coil packs, so either your car is possessed or you made a mistake in counting the code flashes (which happens)

this is going beyond my electrical knowledge. if no one else offers any better info then send a pm to tomrenzo or mg man and ask them to hop in here. it seems to me like something is causing electrical surges in your stang. I have heard that a faulty alternator can do that. just my 2 cents.
