Default SVo block vs. stock 88 block

ok, got a couple questions.
1. are the cylinder diameters in the stock blocks of 88 four cylinders(n/a lx) the same diameter of SVO blocks. because i bought a set of forged svo pistons, but they are smaller than the stock 88 (lx) pistons, but the 88 (lx)
pistons i have , have .75 stamped on them , leading me to believe they are after market and the block i have now has been bored out (.75 over). if this is the case, being my block has been bored out, i want to sell it and buy a stock one(one the forged pistons will fit in) because i cant run boost (or as much as i want) with the stock junk pistons. i just want to see if the SVO pistons will fit in a stock 88 block (assuming mine has been bored out).

2. in the stock 88 lx it didnt have any type of MAF or air metering device. and the stock computer doesnt do much. so if i start runnin boost will i have to switch over to a computer from an svo , or will the stock ecu work? even if it doesnt run well, im fine, i just need it to run.

3. and will the stock fuel pump work? i have 35lb injectors, and stock fuel pump, and i dont wanna hit fuel cut, and dont wanna try and find out where fuel cut is at. ahhah so im askin.

if you have any knowledge abotu this, please feel free to post. any feedback is appreciated.thanks. and ill tak epictures if anyone needs. sorry for the noob questions, but im only 17 hahaha. im just tryign to learn how its done, with relatively small budget.
