Default Tranny removal?

Well. Apprenlty the tranny is sealed. Sooo..I was wondering what would be the best way to drain it? I don't need it anymore, so destruction avoidance is NOT a factor :P I don't have fancy tools, or torches. And space underneath is limited. Should I just drill through the casing? Or is there an easier way around it?
