Question Turbo or no Turbo??

Hi there, I am new to this whole Mustang thing... And I wanted to know if I should stay N/A or swap for a turbo engine.
(if I do go with the turbo engine, what parts do I need for it to run and work in the car?)

Maybe 20PSI, new computer, new 3" VAM, and some porting will make it faster

Okay, I have found out (through much searching, Thx Cardomain, and many mustang site) The I should go with a Turbo, okay I get it. It can be really fast, but what are all the parts from the Turbo Car I will need in order for this to work? and can I still run the stock 2.3 trans and rear end whale I save money for them?

Thx for the help

Cool

Alright youngin' here ya go. Use the search feature as this has been discussed MANY times before. Basically, find yourself an '87-'88 Turbo Coupe to use as a donor car. Remove the turbo motor, T5 transmission, 8.8 rearend, LA series computer, front spindles and brakes, parts of the wiring harness along with a ton of various other pieces and install them into your '87 Mustang. Yes they all fit! There are many articles out there outlining exactly how to do it. It doesn't look like your old enough to drive yet so I would suggest saving your $$$, keep an eye out for a decent running TC and start researching at websites such as www.turboford.net and www.stinger-performance.com while you're waiting to come of age. In 2 years you should be able to acquire a TC, expand your 2.3T knowledge and have your car built and running by the time you're 16! Best of luck to you young man!
