Whats up guys its me again with more issues to report.
Just a few weeks ago i had an electrical problem with my 87
stang. It turned out to be a bad ground.
Tday however while i was driving everything electrical shut off. poof just like that. The radio cut off, the batt gauge dropped, the temp shot up, and im assuming my park lights (which i always drive with) cut off. But the engine stayed on. No loss of power or nething. When i had my bad ground i barely made it home with all the power for the car dying (main batt ground to the engine block). NEway i sat for a min still crusin at like 75 mph b4 turning off the lights to attempt to give the engine all the power...the bat gauge moved a bit, then everything came back miraculously. I didnt have a problem the rest of the way.
Ne ideas what might be wrong? As it is my fuel gauge only works sometimes and nothing on my steering column works (cruise control, horn).
Some people write this off, but knowing that its not supposed to happen bothers me.
