Default Signal light problem

Hey all,Ive got a 92 that the signal lights won't flash.I replaced the flasher.Is there a fuse? Nothing is marked on the fuse block & I have no manual.Any help would be greatly appreciated....Brentley

Default Signal lights

Fuse number five (check the diagram in the fuse block cap) feeds the turn signals. Number one feeds the emergency flashers.

turn signal flasher is behind the glove box, not in the fuse box.

Turn signal flasher is in the fuse block. Some cars have the emergency flasher above the glove compartment.
