Default Hesitation when engine hot NEED HELP!!!!

About 10 kilometers into my drive to work everymorning(as my car starts to heat up) my rpm will intermitently hesitate very randomly only as I accelerate. Its fine when my foot isnt on the gas. I will turn the car off for about 10 mins and let it cool for a bit, and the car will run fine again till starts to get hot. Replaced pcv valve, tps sensor, ingnition module, disconnected and plugged egr valve. Did a scope on it and it came up with code 34 egr, and something about low rpm not reading. Tried unplugging pip.Farely new wires and cap and rotar. Just replaced plugs, still doing it. Mechanics have no idea....PLEASE HELP!!!!!!!!!!

check for possible plugged catalytic convertor, they do crack and plug up causing hesitations ,and causes engine to run a bit hot,,,do
complete tune up,swap in another distributor if you get a chance, pickup coil magnet might be going bad, good luck
