i got my hands on an 87 tc to rob turbo parts from what all do i need to take off to pull the swap

Basics - you need the entire shortblock and head (turbo motors have forged pistons, turbo drain and the head is turbo specific). Turbo and manifold, browntop injectors, VAM, VAM connector and 6" of wire and the LA2 computer.

Doing it the right way - Entire motor from valve cover to oil pan and all accessories, tranny, rearend, front spindles, brakes and rotors, computer, seats and a ton of other stuff you can adapt easily to the Mustang!
