what is this i keep reading about the volvo head that can go on a 2.3 is this for real and how hard is it to do and would it be worth it?

It fits with modifications but most ports for water and oil line up really close. It is a lot of work. You can get a good ported 2.3 head that will perform just as well. I ran a dual cam Cosworth head in the 80's and it really would wake up the motor but then it raises the compression that is what really gave the power.
