Default 1993,2.3l Mustang Hesatates
I PARKED MY 93 2.3L MUSTANG FOR 6 MONTHS WHEN I WENT TO GET IT BACK ON THE ROAD,THIS IS WHAT HAPPEN. I PUT NEW PLUGS,NEW FUEL FILTER,AIR FILTER. IT IDELS FINE,BUT SOON AS YOU PUNCH THE GAS IT HESATATES.CHECK ENGINE LIGHT COMES ON AT IDEL BUT GOIS OUT IF YOU HOLD IT AROUND 2000RMP. ALSO I NEED A VACUUM LINE DIOGRAM,SOMEONE PLEASE HELP

I had the same prob with my horse. I changed the MAF and the EGR and also found a hole in my EGR tube. Not for sure which one was bad but I know for sure the tube was crack and leaking. I changed them all at the same time insted of one at a time. Hope this helps. Mine runs 100% better, also gutted my airbox too.
