Question Instrument Panel

My 1993 LX 4cyl. 2.3L Mustang instrument panel lights are messing up. When I turn on my lights, only the lights on the right side of the instrument panel light up. Can anyone please help me?

Maybe the lights are burnt out on the left side...

Will I have to pull out the dash to check the bulbs?
