Question 1992 Transmission Swap into a 1989 Mustang. How difficult and whats involved?

I am sure that this has been discussed a million times on the website, but iam not good with computers and i cant find much info on this.
I have a 92 manual 2.3L mustang that runs i want to put it into a 89 manual. What are the steps i should take? the big questions i have are. How many more wholes will i need to cut? what specail tools will i need? I heard i will need to do somethign specail in the rear of the car to make it work? and the electrical and wiring harness is a concern to me as well.

Thanks for any feed back

Maybe 20PSI, new computer, new 3" VAM, and some porting will make it faster

i got a 92 2.3l auto that i want to convert to a 5 speed...can you tell me how i can do this and close to the cost...using stock clutch and parts...and will 3.73 reargears free up some power after the covert to 5 speed? or do you think a different rearrear will be better for a 2.3l?
