Default A4LD ranger/ mustang question

Does any one know if an A4LD from an early 90's 2.3 ranger will bolt in to an early ninety's 2.3 mustang? Thanks for any help.

Maybe 20PSI, new computer, new 3" VAM, and some porting will make it faster

On this. I just installed an A4LD out of an '87 Ranger into my wifes '91 LX. Problem is the '87 Ranger A4LD dosn't have a 3-4 shift solanoid. Anybody know if the valve body from the '91 A4LD will work in the '87 A4LD? So I can retain the lock up convertor and Electric 3-4 shift.
