Default how can you tell which rear is which??

the 9in is easy, so is the 12 bolt, but how can you eye ball the 8.8 and 7.5 and tell which is which??

7.5 is oval
8.8 is round

The sad thing is, with 15 PSI, straight back exhaust, and a bobs log, it still feels slow...

Maybe 20PSI, new computer, new 3" VAM, and some porting will make it faster

Actually the 8.8 is almost square.

This way is even easier.

7.5 1 bolt at the top and bottom of the cover
8.8 2 bolts at the top and bottom of the cover

thamks for the read there sleeper!!!!! so if I read that right, the t-bird rear might bolt up??? 85-86??

All 8.8's and 7.5's have the same mounting spots (except the trucks, they use leaf springs, not 4 links)

so it will.... what's funny is a jy charges more for mustang parts!!! for the name!!! that's why I ask for donor parts!!!
