Default 1993 Mustang LX 2.3 Fuel Relay, Need Help With Relocating

Hello all,
Currently working on a 1993 Mustang LX Convertible which stalled out while driving. I can not hear the fuel pump priming. Was told be an auto parts store to check the fuel relay. I have looked for this relay in the trunk, under the drivers seat (even pulled seat out of car), passenger and drivers kick panels and on the passenger shock tower. To no avail..... I am unable to locate the fuel relay. Might someone have eliminated this part? Can anyone help me locate this part? Thanks for your help.

It is under the drivers seat it is a relay just laying there under the seat. If u are popping it u need to change out your fuel filter and if u have u need a new pump before u put in the new relay. The relay should not be hot when the car is running.

Maybe 20PSI, new computer, new 3" VAM, and some porting will make it faster
