Maybe 20PSI, new computer, new 3" VAM, and some porting will make it faster

Welcome Lee!

It's only as hard as you make it. A little common sense goes a long way. Don't believe everything you read on teh interweb.

If you don't have a clue, it'll be nothing but trouble. You won't find the answers in a Chilton's book, and there's no single, definitive way to do this.

Spend some time lurking and reading on turboford.net. Don't bother posting questions there until you have the car running with the turbo motor in place. Everything up to that point has been answered countless times by a bunch of different people. Search, read, search, read, and if you can't find it, keep searching, it's there.

re-pinning is the easiest part of the whole swap
