Question Does A 1993 Mustang 2.3l EDIS Ballast Resistor?

I have Accel coils and was wondering if the 1993 Distributerless ignition 2.3l mustang's had ballast resistors and if so, where are they located?

I don't know of any ballast resistors on the DIS. There is a small capacitor/condensor (the little metal can with one wire that mounts to the coil bracket), but I've never seen anything about a ballast resistor.

ok thank you, but isn't there suppose to be one of them canister looking things mounted on each/both coils? I only have one mounted on the secondary coil.

No sweat! You're welcome. I don't know everything, but I post when I know and read when I don't.
