Default 1992 Mustang 2.3L How Many HP Per Pound Of Boost??

ok.. I think I read somewhere the 1psi= 7hp??? if thats so 7psi = 42hp, so 120 plus 42 equals 162????
but then again re-build the motor for more boost for more power!!!!

I'm thinking about the dual plug build, besides the turbo set up, run the lines set low boost should run on this motor fine???
but forged pistons maf from a 3.8 or 4.6 IC and one should have good power??

I heard its around 7-12 HP per pound of boost. The HP per 1lb of boost is determined on whats your timing, what gas your running, what turbo, modded engine or not, etc etc.

I wouldn't know for sure what you get per pound of boost though with a stock setup

The sad thing is, with 15 PSI, straight back exhaust, and a bobs log, it still feels slow...

Maybe 20PSI, new computer, new 3" VAM, and some porting will make it faster

the whole swap thing is still the issue with me!!!! the dp set up seems to be the worst to convert, so if one could keep the dp, just build up the bottom end a little it seems to be the easiest route... a little cheaper too...
