Default 1993 Mustang LX Retiming DIS Motor?

How do I retime my 93 LX, It's distributorless motor...and I was doing some head work and I lost timing...and now it won't fire..I just need a simple step by step or something.

I have a haynes manual that isn't helping any it says the Distributor rotor has to be pointing to something...I don't even know where that is..can anyone help?

Pull the Timing belt cover off and make sure the timing marks are aligned as shown in figure 6.27 on page 2A-4 of your haynes manual

Line your crank pulley up TDC on the compression stroke, then make sure the cam mark is lined up. If it is then your good to go. if not then you need to take the cam gear off and re-adjust it

Maybe 20PSI, new computer, new 3" VAM, and some porting will make it faster
