I need info on an 84 Svo, Ive recently replaced the clutch and clutch cables and am having trouble with the adjustment side of it... 1st and 2nd gear are tough but 3rd-5th are smooth as silk. When I initially replaced it I had a hard time getting it into first, any suggestions?

Hiya, I see this is your first post. Welcome to the site.
You should be able to adjust it by pressing in the clutch a few times, you should hear it. If not, get a fully adjustable cable next time along with a firewall adjuster and quadrant. You'd have all the adjustability you need then.
